Equity Program for Multi-Family
New Construction Projects
Equity is available to assist developers with down payments on New Construction and Development Multi-Family projects – can be Apartment, IL, AL, Student Housing, or Hotel. The equity infusion will NOT affect debt ratio, and works well with the HUD program (which we can do as well) and ANY debt offering.
Up to $40M Equity per deal

Can be up to 25% of Project Costs and 100% of Equity required

• Multi/Student/Senior Housing and Hotel (case by case)
• Most States Available (certain restrictions)
• Funds available at closing
• Able to move quickly
• Basic 4 Item Submission Package (please contact for details)

No Prepay – Loan/Equity can be paid off early

No Carry Costs – No payments during project
